051207

Twas a bloody good day, 051207 was. Min, Serena@Tweety and Sis celebrated my birthday with me in advance yesterday.

Basically, this is how the day went.

Min arrived first. Tweety arrived later SILENTLY and got locked out so she just sat on the patio. Min and I decided to stand at the grill, staring at her as we laughed and took pictures.

ROFL. I mean, look at her. It was so cute.

We lazed around watching E! True Hollywood Story (heck, it's bloody addictive sometimes) and discussed Brad Pitt's adorable, sleepy eyes, Victoria Beckham's dominatrix-ity and Terry's gorgeous looking kids.

Tweety gave me a uber cute turtle as an early birthday gift. xDDD And turned out I had the little version of it so mwahahah.

Then, of course, we played mahjong. LOL. We bunch of die-hards.

Tweety brought over the extra poker chips for us to bet with. *shhh. Teeheehee.

Our storage space trying to look as sad as possible. ROFLMAO.

Then everyone else wanted a turn at the turtle. Jeez. Hahah.

Min attempting a 'ching ii sze',
which is hard to do and is worth hundreds in chips, thank you

..and succeeding. Damnit.

My sis managed one too using the 'Ban Chi' family. Unfortunately, I was the only one who didn't win even once. Sigh. Pathetic. LOL. But it was fun CONSPIRING against Tweety. "It's called 'collusion'" says the nerd; Mindy. "It's in microeconomics" she says. "Excellent" she says also. Blehh. Haha.

Then we paid a visit to IGLOO@King Centre. Teeheehee.

The funniest thing happened at the entrance. We arrived at IGLOO's main door but the sign on the door read 'CLOSED'. There were other people inside, and the worker just stood at the door looking out at us. They all did actually-- from the inside. And the dude at the door just stood there, staring. He, for some strange reason, didn't even bother to open the door for us or wonder why 4 girls were just standing outside the door, peering in. In the end, our very brave Serena pushed open the door and asked the dude and it turned out that he didn't even notice the sign. -.- But the big question still remains; why the hell did he just stand there without opening the door for us? LOL.

But I think we really spooked the guy taking our order. He was really scary. He just looked at us with this really straight face and spoke in a somewhat mechanical manner-- even when Serena and my sis were going "..with egg!" " No.. Without egg!!" -.-||

On the way home. xP

We played mahjong some more when we got back. Told you they were die-hards. ;p

Vicky Becks playing mahjong.
(Min, Sis and I named Serena's little devil after Victoria Beckham cos it looks dominatrix too-- echo included. ROFL.)

Our SM induced chipmunks, Chip and Dale, courtesy of the disturbing Serena Sim. ;p

We ate dinner after that then we watched Stardust which is gooooodddd, surprisingly. (Heheh. Sorry I doubted you, Min.)

Don't they just look adorable together, Claire Danes and DuhDuh? Hahah. We call him that. xD (Watch the movie and you'll understand why). But the movie is brilliant. Esp the lovu lovu scenes. They're just so classy and so romantic. Heheh. Not too cheesy and overbearing like in those typical, low-grade cliched movies eventhough this movie is beyond cliche. But it's not sickening.

Supposedly engrossed in the movie but never too busy for a picture.

Aunty and Niecey.

Tweety and PonPon.

I didn't get a picture with my Sis. T_T

Anyway, it was time to say goodbye so..

And that was that. And I love every moment of that day. xD It was a blast.

You guys are the best. Thanks for everything.
Love you guys to death. <33>
